REPLACEMENTS

  • Within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase, and only after submitting the proof of purchase.
  • The product, as well as its packaging, must be in their initial condition.

Replacement procedure:

  1. Personal delivery of the product at the company’s address, 9 CHAVRIOU Str, 10562, ATHENS.
  2. Ship the product via a courier service to the address above. Unless the return pertains to a defective product or a mistake by the company, the customer must pay all shipping costs.

We inform you that JOOLS bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage to the product during transport for return.

  • The product, as well as its packaging, must be in their initial condition.

Return procedure:

  1. Personal delivery of the product at the company’s address, 9 CHAVRIOU Str, 10562, ATHENS.
  2. Shipping the product via a courier service to the address above; cost covered by the client.

If the two aforementioned conditions apply, a refund is performed via deposit in a bank account of your choice, within 10 days from the return of the product to the company.
